Shannon RFC’s main sponsor O2 have come up
with an initiative called O2
Engage which gives members and
supporters of Shannon RFC the
opportunity to raise funds for the club through their O2
monthly bill.
It’s a simple
concept and
requires no effort from anyone wishing to participate except for a free
text to
set up the account.
O2’s Engage lets you
give 5% of you O2
monthly bill directly to Shannon
rugby club, and since O2 makes the
contribution, it won’t cost you a cent
extra.
All it takes
is one simple text
message.
O2
Engage is a trial scheme, and Shannon
RFC is one of 12 rugby clubs nationwide invited to participate, but are the only club in Limerick to be
part of it.
To
join O2 Engage and help Shannon, simply free text ‘RUGBY’ to 50308
Following the receipt of this message, you will then be asked to reply ‘RUGBY Shannon RFC’.
It’s
as simple as that.
This trial is
open to private and

be eligible for O2 Engage you must be an O2
Ireland pay monthly customer on an O2
Active or O2 Clear price plan
only. Those customers with an iphone, Easylife or
any legacy pay monthly price plans are
excluded from joining O2 Engage.

send a free text with the keyword ‘rugby’ into 50308; call into any
O2 store for details.

The O2 Engage
trial will be activated within 5 working days
of your registration.

O2 Engage
trial membership is open to eligible pay monthly
customers on either a single user or multiple user account. Where an
eligible
customer on a multiple user account joins the O2 Engage trial it will
be
applied to all numbers on that account. In all circumstances it is the
responsibility of the user to obtain the consent of the account holders.
