During that reign at the top of the rugby table in this country, many records were set and broken. All Shannon folk (and many others) who lived through and witnessed this famous sequence of victories will consider themselves very privileged indeed.  As one old stalwart commented: "We will not see their likes again in our time". These pages are a tribute to the accomplishments, the glory and the joy of those four years.
    • * In 1995, Shannon won their first AIL title, becoming the first (and only) team to do it with a 100% record.
    • * In 1996, Shannon became the first team to retain the title.
    • * In 1996, they also won the Munster Senior and Junior Cups, a unique treble.
    • * 1997, another treble:  3-in-a-row!
    • * 1998, the year we won it twice. We also added the Munster Cup again, another feat not repeated by any other club.
    • * In four years,  Played 48, Won 44 and were beaten only 4 times!
    • * 3 Players played in all 48 games: Anthony Foley, Jim Galvin, Andrew Thompson.
